Summer Youth Athletic Development Program

(A Continuation of the Lighting Soccer Club
Speed, Agility and Conditioning Program)

 

Mission: To give youth athletes an opportunity to participate in a structured, progressive youth athletic development program that focuses on general athletic development, injury-prevention, speed and agility mechanics, conditioning and building character through learning the value of purposeful effort and team-building.

Schedule:
Starts: June 21st
Ends: August 14th

 


Program 1

Speed Agility and Conditioning Program - Field

For athletes ages 12-19, these workouts are designed to cover the fitness areas of speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility, and injury-prevention in a 1.5 hour workout twice per week. Choose your training time based on what works best with your schedule; a mix of ages and genders work well with this kind of training which is individualized.

Location: Huntley Meadows in Norwich, VT

Times:
Option 1 - Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 - 10:30 am

Option 2 - Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 - 10:30 am

Size limit: 12 athletes per session, with a minimum of 5 athletes.

Pricing:
$250 for 8 weeks (Discounts negotiable for vacation absences.)

Program 2

Strength and Power Training - Gym

For athletes ages 14-19, these 1.5 hour workouts are designed to cover the fitness areas of strength, power, hypertrophy, resistance training, flexibility and injury prevention. Choose your training time based on what works best with your schedule; a mix of ages and genders work well with this kind of training which is individualized.

Location: Anytime Fitness in West Lebanon.

Times:
Option 1 - Monday & Wednesday: 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Option 2 - Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 - 3:00 pm

Size limit: Limited to 4 athletes per session, with a minimum of 2 athletes.

Pricing:
$300 for 8 weeks (Discounts negotiable for vacation absences. Price includes a credit for membership to Anytime Fitness.)
